DVLA

Ardent Credit Services Ltd t/a Debt & Revenue Services (DRS) work with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) to recover outstanding penalty fines.

If you have received a communication from us regarding DVLA, it means that your details have been passed to DRS as you have not taxed your vehicle or completed a statutory off road notification document or SORN. This has resulted in an £80 fine which the DVLA has asked DRS to recover.

To pay your DVLA penalty fine now, please use the button below.
Non-payment of the penalty is a civil offence under Section 7a of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 and, if your vehicle remains unlicensed, your vehicle could be clamped, removed and impounded incurring release and storage fees.

You must insure and tax your vehicle if you don’t have a SORN. If you don’t you’ll automatically be fined £80 for not having a SORN.
Even if you have now taxed your vehicle or declared a SORN the £80 penalty is still payable.
